Crockpot Mexican Rice

Easy, Moist Mexican Rice makes a great side dish; prep is under 10 minutes!

 

 

 6  Servings

 

1          cup Uncle Ben's converted rice

1          tablespoon granular chicken bouillon

1 1/2   cups medium salsa

1          tablespoon dehydrated onion flakes

1          teaspoon dried whole oregano

1 1/2   cups water

      

 

     Place all ingredients in a 2 quart Crockpot; stir and cook on low 3-4 hours or until all liquid is absorbed.
